Producer denies “Wonder Woman” movie will have a WWII setting

Producer Joel Silver was very adamant about what the new “Wonder Woman” movie will not be about. At the WonderCon in San Francisco this weekend he flatly stated that, despite the fact that the studio bought a script that sets Wonder Women as a period piece in the World War II era, he is not at all interested in doing that kind of film.
